Cancellation Policy *

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled services will result in a 25% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled services will result in a 50% charge. Cancellations within 1 to 2 hours of scheduled service, 100% of the quote will be due.

Access to Home *

If the cleaner is unable to gain access to the home (due to a locked door, wrong door/gate code or gate attendant is not notified of their pending arrival, etc.), 100% of the quote will be due.

Payments *

Payments and services: All payments are due within 48 hours of rendered services. We accept cash, check or Zelle. *Clients will not be able to schedule next cleaning service until all balances are due
